Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert Anthony Elms, chartered accountant of Martin Jarvie PKF, was appointed liquidator of Gondwana Energy (NZ) Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of May 2003 at 10.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
30th day of May 2003, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
