Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of May 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Cameron Holmes Investments Limited be liquidated and that Paul Calvert Pettit, chartered accountant of Curtis McLean Limited, Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of May 2003 at 4.00 p.m.
Prior to the appointment of the liquidator, a directors' resolution confirming that the company would be able to pay its debts was lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
