Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 28th day of April 2003, it was resolved by
special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that OHL Limited (in liquidation) and Taye Holdings Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Robert Gordon Foster, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 28th day of April 2003 at 2.00 p.m.
The liquidator fixes the 30th day of May 2003, as the day on or before which creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are approved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
