Notice is hereby given that Daran Nair, chartered accountant, was appointed as liquidator of Pro Finish Property Services Limited on the 29th day of April 2003 at 10.00 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 5th day of June 2003, as the day before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
