Appointment of Liquidator
Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a resolution of the shareholders dated the 20th day of December 2002 and timed at 4.15 p.m.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the 20th day of February 2003.
