Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 255 (2) (a) and 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 7th day of June 2002, Robert Douglas McInnes and David John Patterson were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company.
On the 2nd day of May 2003, Robert Douglas McInnes resigned as a liquidator of the company and appointed Graham Selwyn Mouat in his place as at that date.
Accordingly, Graham Selwyn Mouat and David John Patterson are now the joint and several liquidators of the company.
