Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3 (1) and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 30th day of April 2003 at 11.50a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Environmental Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Limited be liquidated and that Basil Edwin Brooker, chartered accountant of Hastings, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of April 2003 at 11.50a.m..
