Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of April 2003, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Tennyson Enterprises Limited be liquidated and that John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of April 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
