Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 28th day of March 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that South Side Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Brian Andrew McCrorie, of Kendons Scott Macdonald Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of March 2003 at 11.30 a.m.
