Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 24th day of April 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Red Eye Detection Limited
be liquidated and that Don Joseph Blyth, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of April 2003.
