Appointment of Liquidator
Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a resolution of the shareholder dated the 23rd day of
April 2003.
The resolution was timed at 9.45 a.m.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the 23rd day of June 2003.
