Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 28th day of March 2003, it was resolved by
special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Precision Sales & Installation Limited be liquidated and that David William Cope, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of March 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 23rd day of May 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
