Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 16th day of April 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FinancePlan of New Zealand Limited be liquidated and that Laurence William Roberts, chartered accountant of Whangarei, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The reason for which the company was incorporated has passed.
A declaration of solvency has been filed.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of April 2003
at 10.30 a.m.
