Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of April 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WWW.CSPACELAW.COM Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Derek John Craze, of Kendons Scott Macdonald Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of April 2003
at 1.30 p.m.
