Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, James Rowland Frear, chartered accountant of Gilligan & Co (Manukau) Limited, was appointed liquidator of Emily Morris Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of April 2003
at 4.00 p.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 16th day of May 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
