Appointment of Liquidator
Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a resolution of the shareholders dated the 11th day of April 2003.
The resolution was timed at 2.30 p.m.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the 11th day of June 2003.
