Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Jon Charles Ash, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners Limited, was appointed liquidator of Tradewinds Holdings Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of April 2003 at 11.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
9th day of May 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
