Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 5th day of March 2003, by order of the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Waverley Transport Limited was placed in liquidation and Roderick Thomas McKenzie, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of March 2003 at 12.23 p.m.
The liquidator has fixed Friday, the 30th day of May 2003, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
