Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 2nd day of April 2003 at 2.45 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that College Property Management Limited be liquidated and that Rhonda Lois Thomas and Philip Newton Mead, of Ingham Mora, Chartered Accountants, Tauranga, be appointed joint liquidators for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of April 2003.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries, during normal business hours, to the liquidators at the address and contact numbers stated below.
