Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 10th day of April 2003, the High Court, pursuant to section 25 (c) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, ordered that Westec Sports Society Incorporated be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of April 2003 at 10.16 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 23rd day of May 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
