Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 9th day of April 2003 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by resolution of the shareholder that the above-named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Malcolm Innes-Jones and Jonathan Wilgermein, of BDO Spicers, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as joint liquidators.
The director of the company has signed a certificate verifying the company's solvency at the date of liquidation.
