Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountant of Steve Bennett Associates, was appointed liquidator of Universal Computers and Copiers Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of April 2003.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Tim John Hoyle at 3-5 Hunt Street, Whangarei, on telephone (09) 438 2312.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 2nd day of May 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
