Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above named company on the 3rd day of April 2003, passed a resolution appointing John Trevor Whittfield and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
In accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland on Tuesday, the 6th day of May 2003 at 10.15 a.m.

1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company's affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidators' committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
