Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above named company commenced on the 31st day of March 2003 at 9.00 a.m., when the members appointed Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 9th day of May 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
