Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named companies commenced on the 3rd day of April 2003 at 10.05 a.m., when the High Court, Auckland, appointed Derek Farrelly as liquidator of the companies pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
