Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 31st day of March 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Hartford No. 2 Limited, Hartford No. 3 Limited, Hartford No.4 Limited, Mountwel Limited, York Place (Parnell) Limited and Darby Hartford Management Limited be liquidated and that Leicester Jac Forbes Gouwland, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of March 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
