Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, by duly called special meetings of the above-named companies on the 3rd day of April 2003 at 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. respectively, special resolutions were passed by the companies stating that the companies be wound up and Stuart Douglas Robertson be appointed as liquidator.
A solvency certificate for each company has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to All Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Wellesley Associates Limited (in liquidation) and Wellesley Investments
(No. 1) Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 8th day of May 2003, as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
