Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 28th day of March 2003 at 5.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Lone Star Management Services Limited be liquidated and that Thomas John Perry and Noel Allan Walton, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of March 2003 at 5.00 p.m.
