Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 28th day of March 2003 at 5.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Bloggs Limited be liquidated for restructuring purposes (the company's business is now owned by the restructured City Car Groomers Limited) and that Brian Manson Spooner be appointed liquidator.
All known creditors have been paid on due dates and a declaration of solvency certified.
The liquidator fixes the 5th day of May 2003, as the date by which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
