Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 31st day of March 2003, appointed Dennis Michael Lay, chartered accountant of Goldsmith Fox PKF, Christchurch, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of April 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
