Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of December 2002 at 4.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Thom Marketing Limited be liquidated and that Gary Noel Hitchcock, chartered accountant of Horwath Porter Wigglesworth Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
