Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 19th day of December 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Jarep Marketing Limited be liquidated and that Alan William Badcock, chartered accountant of Wanganui, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of December 2002 at 11.00 a.m.
There are no known creditors.
Any person or entities who believe they have a claim against the company should contact the liquidator before the 30th day of January 2003.
Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Companies Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
I hereby give notice of my intention to request the Registrar to remove the company from the Companies Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, should be advised to the Registrar before the 30th day of January 2003.
