Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the company commenced on the 26th day of March 2003 at the time specified, when the members appointed Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
