Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named companies in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of IMI Pacific Group Limited and Walakahai Pacific Corporation Limited passed a special resolution winding up the companies and appointed David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, as joint and individual liquidators of the companies.
These liquidations follow the statutory management of the companies and no assets remain for realisation.
It is unlikely at this stage that any funds will remain for payment to creditors.
The liquidations commenced on the 16th day of December 2002 at 2.55 p.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the companies during normal business hours to Keiran Horne.
The liquidators do hereby fix the 4th day of February 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
