Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Manisha Kesha, chartered accountant of Stockford New Zealand Limited, was appointed joint and several liquidator of XS-Media (New Zealand) Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of January 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Manisha Kesha at the address and contact numbers stated below.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 20th day of February 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
