Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 26th day of March 2003, it was resolved by
special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Venue Revenue Services (NZ) Limited be liquidated and that Ann Loudon, of StreetSMART Group Limited, Ellerslie, Auckland, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of March 2003.

Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, the directors resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
