Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 20th day of March 2003 at 1.00 p.m., by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Ramack Builders Limited was placed into liquidation and John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of March 2003.
