Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
On the 18th day of March 2003 at 9.55 a.m., it was resolved by the creditors of the company, pursuant to section 243 (6) of the Companies Act 1993, that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Manukau Events Limited (in liquidation) in place of Curtis John Mountford.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 11th day of April 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
