On the 5th day of March 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Copeland Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Jonathan McKellar Dent, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of March 2003.
The directors have not provided a certificate of solvency.
