Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Prestige Home Maintenance Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 31st day of January 2003, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of January 2003 at 12.00 midday.
