Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were
jointly and severally appointed liquidators of Wellington Consolidated Investments Limited ("the company") on the 14th day of March 2003 at 9.05 a.m., by the shareholders of the company.
On the 10th day of March 2003, the directors of the company resolved that, upon the appointment of a liquidator, the company would be able to pay its debts and a copy of the resolution was delivered to the Registrar of Companies on the 12th day of March 2003.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 11th day of April 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
