Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 4th day of February 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tai-Tec Investment Company Limited be liquidated and that Vincent Tam, of Prince & Partners Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator on the 4th day of March 2003, for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of March 2003.
