Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 16th day of December 2002 at 4.30 p.m., it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders that the
above-named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
James MacQueen, of BDO Spicers, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as liquidator.
The director of the company has signed a certificate verifying the company's solvency at the date of liquidation.
