Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Murray Blanchett and Stuart Raymond Cann, of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Arnet Equipment Limited and
PJ Arnet Limited.
The liquidations commenced on the 9th day of December 2002 at 7.45 a.m.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 17th day of January 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
