Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Ron Walton and Richard Simpson, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of Flipp
& Wilson Property Holdings Limited on the 6th day of March 2003 at 9.35 a.m., by special resolution of the shareholders of the company at which time the liquidation commenced.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
There will be no meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 11th day of April 2003, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution and may not object to that distribution.
