Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a resolution of the shareholder at Auckland dated the
5th day of March 2003 and timed at 3.43 p.m.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the 5th day of May 2003.
