Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
A copy of the director's resolution that the company would be able to pay its debts on the appointment of a liquidator have been filed with the Registrar.
Giles Adrian Pearson and James Roland McIvor, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Van Air Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 6th day of March 2003, the date that the liquidation commenced.
