Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 3rd day of March 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Talbot Properties (Timaru) Limited be liquidated and that Peter G. McPherson, of Timaru, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of March 2003 at 5.00 p.m.
