Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 3rd day of March 2003 at 9.30 a.m., appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.
