In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Pencil Holdings Limited
(in liquidation) (formerly known as New Solutions Limited):
Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of February 2003 at 1.45 p.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of February 2003.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 5th day of March 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any
claim they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
